January 5, 2018I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who donated towards the Fund-a-Need at last year’s auction. With the funds we, as a faculty, purchased two new science kits for each grade, K-4 and one new kit for 5th and one for Middle School. We were also able to arrange a whole day training session with the representative from Carolina, the company that sells and furnishes these kits. Personally, I am really enjoying teaching the new “Structure and Function” curriculum which focuses on the levels of organization, from cells to body systems. Please ask your student what they did in Science class today.
