3/28 - A handful of students are not checking or submitting their logs in Google Classroom. Pleae remember to complete the logs and submit them by Sunday evening every week. They can be turned in as early as Friday.
If you have a missing or late assignment, go back into GC and turn them in. You can still receive some credit of fully completed.
This will be a unique set-up as the virtual assessment of this class will take accountability for activity done at home. Each student will keep a weekly exercise log. Many health experts suggest kids try to get 60 minutes of activity a day. I am requiring at least 15-30 minutes of exercise. However, students are encouraged to reach the full hour when they can.
Students are expected to log in daily minutes. The daily workout exercises can be used to help supplement minutes out of the required physical activity but is not required. Students are able to account for time by any means of physical activities. Some activities may include but are not limited to: daily workouts, biking, running, walking, playing at the park, basketball, “Just Dance”, soccer, etc.
